With more complex marketing goals and IoT initiatives from clients, she recognized that a team of Marketing Technologists is needed to assess data and create strategic plans that deliver required results for clients Prior to FIREWORKS, she founded and managed AccoladesPR for twelve years. During that time, she recognized the shift occurring in the marketing landscape and the increased demand for lead generation, brand building, social, mobile and digital services provided by a single, trusted agency.  Cynthia has personally garnered media exposure for her clients in The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, VentureWire, Entrepreneur Magazine, Franchise Times, InsideTelephony and Family Magazine along with a wide array of trade and regional publications.
